6Prohibited Activities

• Engaging in bonus arbitrage or bonus hunting.
• Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities in the platform.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Harassing, intimidating, or deceiving other members.
• Operating an account on behalf of a minor.

7Account Suspension & Closure

• If the member requests account closure themselves.

8Limitation of Liability

9Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute or complaint, please contact our support team first. We aim to resolve any issue quickly and fairly.

• Any complaints regarding bet outcomes must be submitted within 72 hours.
• Payment-related complaints must be submitted within 48 hours.
• 70 jaya-'s decision shall be considered final unless a clear technical error is proven.
• All disputes will be resolved in accordance with the applicable laws of Bangladesh.

Our goal is to resolve every complaint within 7 business days. Complex cases may take longer, but we will keep members updated on the progress.

10Changes to Terms & Enforcement

70 jaya These Terms & Conditions may be updated at any time. Members will be notified in advance of any significant changes via email or SMS.

• Updated terms take effect from the date they are published.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes takes effect will be treated as acceptance of the updated Terms.
• The Bengali version of these Terms shall be considered the authoritative version.
• If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
